Rim-Fire

Ríomhaire is also known as Rim-Fire (Or Rimmy to those close to him). Rim-Fire may mean one of three things:

• A fire around the edge of something (As opposed to a centre-fire).
• A type of rifle round.
• Explosive diarrhoea.

This name originates from an incident where a forumite attempted to look up “riomhaire” on Dictionary.com, which gave the message “Did you mean rim-fire?”. Ríomhaire briefly contemplated having his name changed to Rim-Fire, but the forum voted against it.

When the Broken Halflife2.net Incident arose, ríomhaire’s account was KIA and so he briefly used an account called Rim-Fire. His old account was revived, but not as it was. The mods were unable to save the fada, and to this day, his account is simply named riomhaire.
