GLaDOS's main body is destroyed on level 19 of Portal, however her memory survives intact and travels to another part of Aperture Science. It is rumoured GLaDOS, now alone and 'still alive' will be present within the Aperture Science cargo ship, The Borealis, and may meet Gordon Freeman and Alyx Vance within.
