Emporius

Bio

Emporius was born on September 11 in Toronto, but spent most of his young childhood in Nova Scotia before moving to his current place of residence in Ottawa. His family is one half Swiss, the other half composing primarily of British, Irish, and Scottish, with an expected smattering of other European nationalities. He is the youngest of two, an avid canoe tripper, and a lover of videogames. He was first introduced to regular gaming when he and his elder brother bought a Playstation off of a friend. From there he moved onto the Gameboy Colour and SP, Nintendo gamecube, original Xbox, and most currently the Xbox 360.

Canada Eh?

Emporius is extremely proud of his Canadian heritage, and is known for mocking others about their lack of knowledge towards his home country, which few seem to realize even exists. Despite this he seems to enjoy giving out this knowledge freely, and it has been theorised that he takes part in this mockery in order to teach others. His main attack is asking the person if they know the capital of Canada, and more often then not ends up laughing hysterically at the answer he recieves.

Its a Box!

Emporius is one of the few on Halflife2.net who primarily games on a console, yet despite this retains few of the incredibly annoying traits associated with fanboys of any type. It is this console gaming, especially Xbox Live, that has led to him creating actual friendships with some members. He enjoys gaming on all levels - handheld, console, PC - and so is not held down by fanboyness.
