Dario Casali

Dario Casali is a British-born level designer employed by Valve Software to work on Half-Life, Half-Life 2 and the Half-Life 2 Episodes. He has also credited with work on Counter Strike and Team Fortress Classic.

Like a number of other Valve employees, Casali has a history in the user-modification community. Along with brother Milo, he was responsible for several significant Doom mappacks and received his big break when asked to develop a series of especially challenging maps ('The Plutonia Experiment') for iD Software's Final Doom.

• Dario's Mother, Kim Casali (nee Grove), created the popular comic strip 'Love is...'. His brother, Stefano Casali has produced the strip since the late 90s.
