Absinthe is an active member of the HL2.net forums, having registered in June 2004. Prominent characteristics include rabid atheism, arrogance towards differing tastes in music, unhealthy obsession with illicit substances, and being kind of a dick. Alongside video gaming, he includes music production/composition as one of his favorite hobbies and is a regular contributor to the forum's "Tracks/WIP" topic in the Music section.

Music

Absinthe is a user of Reason (and other assorted Propellerheads products) for creating music, as well as occasionally Ableton Live. Primarily a composer of IDM, he has created two profiles. "Anasynth" being his more mainstream fare and "Distisec" exercising more experimentation
