The Boomer is an huge obese methane-filled boss Infected. Its primary attack involves spewing a horrible vomit gunk on close by survivors which can be aimed with your reticule. This attack recharges but it takes some time before you can use it again. This gunk highlights the players it comes in contact with and causes them to be ambushed by a great deal of the infected hoard. The victims are almost blinded during this so you can follow up with the secondary club attack too. When the boomer is killed, he explodes and anyone too close will be covered in his sludge which has the same effect as the vomit.
