next video wont be so easy to extract

i just asked erik about the situation, he said they knew it would be fairly trivial to extract the videos, but he says with the next releases it won't be so easy :)

Why doesn't valve just release all the high quality videos on Steam altogether?

It would kill their bandwith Yatta, the first G-man video made it go from 1600mb to 900 in a matter of minutes. With all of them released it would grind steam to a halt.

Well, can't they atleast release one video per day? They haven't released anything since the Docks video, and we had to hack Kleiner's lab out of it.

Yatta: As far, it seems they release the videos every two days so "Kleiners lab" is maybe released today (friday) and the next one on monday.

Well, if they would just set the system to NOT !@#$%ing download unreleased movies, we wouldn't have this problem.

If I have to expend the bandwidth, I deserve to be able to view the movies ASAP.

Sincerely,
Jeremy Dunn

Signing posts is gay.

Well I kinda saw this coming, but I don't see why they just activate 2 movies at once, we already have the movies on our computers.

Really? And here I thought it was a sign of respect and that I'm willing to stick my name by my opinion instead of just anonymously commenting from behind a computer screen.

And then there's the whole issue of calling things "gay" being "gay" in and of itself, but I guess that's just my opinion.

Sincerely,
Jeremy Dunn
