Green Day or Weezer?
So...which band do you prefer?
The winner of this thread will then go on to verse the next competitor. You will just have to wait and see who it is.  I choose...Green Day. Even though Weezer has some very good hits.

green day is the original pseudo punk rockers! pop punk at its very roots! lmao... green day had some hits, but they suck compared to weezer. they have little musical talent, and their vocalist sounds like hes forcing himself to sound that unique... whether he is or not is trivial.
weezer, before the green album, kicks ass. the blue album and pinkerton are good listening, front to back. no comparison here, imo (2 different styles of music anyhow), weezer... hands down.

Weezer all the way. I used to like green day, and I hear that american idiot is amazing, but they just don't do it for me like weezer do.

Weezer, I love these guys, my favorite band of all time. They were awesome before green, but there next 2 albums were also great, though not as solid. Them all the way!!!
