The man is an amazing guitarist, hes toured with many bands (guns n roses, primus, etc...)
He has 12 CDs, all are great

he plays a harder metal, little bit of grudge, theres also some slower stuff.

Anyone else heard of him/listen to him?

all i knew is that he was part of guns and roses for a while. but then axle scared him away like everyone else. sorta sad when a guy who wears a kfc bucket for a hat is scared away.

on another note, you think hes getting royalties for that kfc commerical with the grandma wearing the same hat?

The guy can play just about everything. He's truly amazing.

Primus' "Ballad of Buckethead" is a classic

And thank God he ran from GNR...

Yeah, Tim Alexander was the drummer up until the Brown Album, and then again on Animals Should Not Try To Act Like People

What I meant to say was Brain has played with all of them

I heard of him because of Colonel Claypool's Bucket of Bernie Brains - http://www.c2b3.com/,which from the samples, I quite like. Actually I'd never really looked into Primus until I visited that site and listened to the samples, not that I know much about them now.

Buckethead is great, but not all of his CDs are. Population Override is my favorite, he really shows his phrasing and melodic talent on that CD.
