Conspiracy with Valve and hacking: Read
Think about it, counterstrike has an unending amount of hacks available to it and there is NOTHING you can do to ever stop the flow of hacking no matter how much security you implant because
#1) they have access to source. Now Valve likes this because it generates revenue for the company. Everytime a hacker has their steam ID banned, they have to purchase steam key. I really think Valve isn't AS upset about the source being stolen because now, there will be hacks in CS:S just like CS and valve can't do a thing about it. They like it because it generates a larger cash flow. Granted I think they would have done what they could to stop it from being stolen but they aren't as angry as the fans are. In fact I think they took it with a grain of salt and saw more profit in their pockets. |

Valve have changed a lot of things since the stolen source, remember it was 1 year ago.
Valve have people dedicated to working on anti cheat for the good of the community, as soon as VAC for source gets released they should be able to update it quick enough to stop any hacks.

I'm closing this to prevent the flames that are inevitable.
The source engine leak will not make it any easier to hack CSS or Half-life 2. Period. *Closed*
