New to N.S... can anybody help me?
ok, as an alien... i gather resources really slow.. how do i gether them faster? can any alien make resource towers? how many resources does each lifeform evolution/building use? can anybody help me?

Only that fatass slow alien can make stuff.
Resources will pile up on their own, providing you have resource towers made by those fatass aliens. It tells you how many resources you need when you try to build/evolve.

You get resources faster depending on the amount of Resource towers your team possesses. If your res is slow get more resource towers and defend the ones you have.
Don't forget you get res for kills as well. Only the Gorge (Fatass alien) can make towers. And I mostly play as a marine. Always have since the release of 1.0. I just suck as an alien.

Well, in 3.0, tab shows score/kills/deaths. Im usually #1 now, so no one has the authority to call me a newb  Gorge is fun, just sneak around to places marines dont expect you, build a few Ochambers, so they cant rush you while you work, and begin your horror. I never play anything else as a alien, I always gorge, because most people are res whores. Marines have hand nades now. preety damn cool. Your an alien running around, then you hear a pin drop, and your like  ..

A real shame that they show kills and deaths now. I've already seen some competition within my team and people going "OMG u r teh nub u hav teh low k:d ratio!1111!one" to someone who is playing as a Gorge and getting all the res nodes capped and secured. One of the worst things they could've done to this game is bring the CS '1337' attitude in.

Your knife is your freind.

ok, tell me this... i capped 2 resource towers and my resource gain didn't increase AT ALL... WTF?
