New Left 4 Dead User Interface Screens
Valve PR Guru Doug Lombardi just got in touch with us with these brand new screens showing off the final User Interface for the Xbox 360 version of Left 4 Dead.
You can see all the menus and the chapter selections as well as the achievements page. It is one good looking menu system if I may say so myself. |

It would probably look the same I guess.

Wow looks like you can customize just about everything. They even have closed captioning which is great because not many multiplayer games or games for that matter have that feature. Usually I hear,
, they must download a program that put's CC on the screen which doesn't work too well. Another way is for the damage arrows on the screen. *Is that the correct order in missions?! As in Blood Harvest has been the ending all along?

Looks pretty nice
Well, looking through the achievements in the one image for an avatar, there is definitely something in the lower right corner of all the "beat the campaign achievements". It looks like a man in a wheelchair. Speculation? Last edited by Evo; 22-10-2008 at 03:50 AM. Reason: Double post |

The PC menu will be better, like all things on the PC.

I think this might be one of the oddest news posts on HL2.net, it's literally a news post about menus.

1-2 hours per campaign IIRC.
So, in total say, 4-8 hours + AI Director (replayability) + post-release content + being multiplayer... and people wonder if the price tag is worth it.

I do, I want to know if it'll be fun for more than 5 minutes. The demo should reveal that.

There was a photo of it in one of Valve's publications from GDC, though it might be dated.
