Think about it... The last game you play for the year? Make it something special.

And not only that, but what will be the first game you play in the new year?

(This would be cooler if it was 1999-2000)

For me, last game will be... Hmm. I'm not sure, perhaps HL1... Maybe deathmatch with everyone here :D

First? Maybe something retro... Like an old sega or nintendo game with an emulator. Streets of Rage? Hmm.

I've always turned my computer on christmas day and i always check my servers and theres always people playing CS 1.6 on christmas? It really worries me, gaming is good, but on christmas, a family day, people playing some normal CS scares me. Maybe its just me who thinks they should be enjoying christmas rather than doing something you can do every other day...

I agree. Christmas should be a time for family.

Actually come to think of it i don't think i'll be playing on new years eve... out with the misses :P

Since I'll be at someone's house I barely know, with my PS2... I'll most likely be playing Tony Hawk's American Wasteland at the end of the year into the new year, because it's easy and other people will want to play it. (Why can't they have a computer? :()

But I am eagerly awaiting the games that will be releasing in the first half of '06 if all goes well....

Well I'm getting BF2 for my X-Box on Christmas day so that I guess.
Probably some Conker: L&R on Live some more.
Just completed San Andreas (finally) so I'll be mucking about on that trying to get 100% and shiz.

DotA Allstars probably. I'm finally going to be able to play games online again come next week, so I'll be going on a DotA/CSS/HL2DM/UT2004/ET killing frenzy.

How well would BF2 and GW run on my AMD XP 2000+ and 9800Pro AIW?
I'll need some more MP games now and those two are at the top of my list.

Harvest Moon A wonderful Life kicks ass!! :) I'll most likely be playing that, Call of Duty 1/2, and DOD:S. Oh, Star Wars: Kotor as well. As for the fact that I saw someone post about people playing on X-Mas day because it should be spent w/ family, seeing as how we don't really "fully" celebrate it, I'll be playing my games right when I wake up w/ my Thompson M1 replica! :D
