February 20, Trent and company is coming to a smaller-city-than-Detroit about 2.5 hours away from me. Tickets go on sale this Saturday and guess who's going to be there at the doors when they open at 6:30. Me. I'm so pumped.

Awesome.

I can still smell the sweat on the NIN shirt I had on when I saw them.

I'd love to see them live. Am i correct in thinking that he won't perform Hurt anymore though?

He performed Hurt when I saw him, and that was during the tour.

Yeah, clearly not the case. He didn't use it as a showcloser though. It was more like three songs from the end.

His mic stand ****ed up and everything as well by the end of it. So then he just trashed the keyboard and gave a pissed-off sarcastic thumbs up to the stage crew to the side.

Well, I just ordered the two tickets so we're all set to go!

I'm listening to the And All That Could Have Been album pretending I'm there.

/me passes out.

Bastard! I'm going to try and make it to the Greenville, SC show which Dr.Freeman kindly alerted me to, despite it being a four hour drive.

It's a 3 hour drive from where I live to Grand Rapids.

Luckily I get my driver's license about a week before the show :D

/me passes out.

It's funny, pretty much everyone in my area knows him/is connected to him somehow. My gradeschool music teacher taught him how to play saxophone. He was a musical prodigy as a child.

I wish they'd come back to Winnipeg, highly unlikely though. :| One NIN concert just wasn't enough, I need MOREEEEEEEEEEEE.

agreed.
its sad for me because NiN is going to be coming to London, Ontario and even Ottawa for shows and i am broke.
i have access to presales for tickets but being broke doesn't help...whats worse is that even if i had the money, i'd need a ride to both of those places since i do live in Brampton.

yeah...

/me cries ;(

I thought about making a separate thread about this but some people might get mad at me.

I just stumbled onto this:
http://www.edge.ca/station/ongoing_history_of_new_music.cfm?recID=11&ell=8943&pge=1#

What a great Nine Inch Nails history. It also includes songs from Option 30 and other pre-Nine Inch Nails bands and pre-Nine Inch Nails interviews. Stunning.

Edit: Just finished it. What an amasing radio show. I'm very impressed.

i am not sure if i shared this URL i have with people here...Qonfused and Ennui might like this find.

The Poetically Organized Entity (http://myspace.com/thepoeticallyorganizedentity) is the name of a "Only" remix which was entered into a contest a couple of months ago...and well.. this remix broke all the rules of the contest but made it on a local radio station because it was quite entertaining

if the myspace site does not load anyone, send me a pm and i can send you the remix, its definitely worth a listen :P

just a reminder for NiN lovers that over at NiN's performance page (http://nin.com/tour/index.html) most of the tour dates for the third leg of the tour have been posted and Spiral presales and public ticket sales are now announced as well.

if i don't find a ride to and back from London or Ottawa i won't be going to either show ;( ;( ;( :|
everyone, please pray for me to find a ride and have enough $$$$

Oh... Oh, that's sad.

actually...im not 100% sure.
after finding that site i was browsing through some other stuff only to find out people start these myspace sites under the names of musicians.
so it could very well be a fake...but i posted it because the instrumentals on the site are pretty good.
