After a few weeks of work we have not really done as much as we would have liked, but our concepts are all but finished.

Looks great. I think the character would look better without a helmet. How will you know that an enemy knows your near him?

That's looking pretty funky! I love the concept hud, though it's a bit spaced out. If you had it more centered it would stop people having to look to the edges of their screen.
I prefer to think of HUD's as lounges; You don't want all the furniture stuck around the sides, but instead you want some of it in the middle, and only some things stuck around the sides.

thats where our stealth meter comes into play if its to the right it means that them enmey will have a hardert time finding you cuz your not in the light but if its on the left that means the enemy can see you.

I like the guns, simple with a touch of originality.
one comment I do have is the logos on the armor, I don't want to sound immature, but they look like nipples. perhaps you could make the logo stretch across the chest area and sort of fade it in so you can avoid that.

thanks for the comment i like you idea i might have to change the logo anyways cuz i dont think we would be aloud to put the under armor logo into the mod:(

How will you know that an enemy knows your near him?

Codewise, it's easy. Just have tracelines fire from the NPCs/other players at the player, and if they're blocked, you know you're hidden. If they hit the player, then you can flag a "spotted!" sign.
