Can't get ragdoll kung fu working!

Ok so I press the purchase button and it says "you already have all these games, right-click steam icon in systray and select 'play games'", but I check in playgames and it doesnt say ragdoll kung fu in the list. Also the preload button wont respond, but I preloaded it last weekend but I'm not sure how to purchase the game, help me! Buggy steam...
