CD Keys

I've been playing HL2 offline for awhile now. I recently changed my ISP and did a clean install of XP Proffesional. When I reinstalled HL2 it tells me to register my CD Key. When I tried it tells me that the CD Key is already registered to someone else. I've written to Steam for help, but it seems as if they're ignoring me. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

it will always say that when u reinstall with cds just play that game and go u will never need the cd key again once its registered to the account

Login to your old account and volla.

yepp exactly download steam and sign on there with ur old username

no need in installing again
