Preloading Problem Help!!!

ok guys i start the preload it goes off real slow it takes about 15 minutes to get to 10% i mean what the hell i have a good running computer i dont have any problems with my computer.also what pisses me off is when i leave it preloading i go to sleep i wake up and it froze at 98%!!!!! rrrrrr please help can yuo tell me why its going so slow ???

EDIT : Nope, it's still going. Really slow, but it's going.

no i dont have dial up i have cable but it goes real slow but it still works.its like 60.3% then its like 1 inute later 61% i mean its real slow so i guess ill keeep in touch with you today well discuss it lol.
