That is just going over the top alittle. Would be cpu limited, no real point until you games that will stress the hell out of a setup like that.

How much would one of those systems cost, to make!
£200, modo, aprox
£1600, 4X NV7800GTX @£400 each!
Also forget about power requirements, 2 power supplies!

Conclusion, not financial worth it and thermal output, you could heat your flat with it, lol

Now they need Dual, Dual Core Processors for 4 Processors to support the 4 Video cards.

Then 8gb of ram.

Its not overkill if you are playing HL2 on 8 Apple cinema displays for a combined resolution of 20480 by 12800 for a total of 262,144,000 pixels!

WOW 262 million pixels! I guess that is overkill. Too bad I can't afford even a 6800GT.
