Question about purchase

ok, so if i buy dod:s on my laptop and want to transfer it over to my comp that im building(which is almost done). how am i supposed to do this since there is no actual cd which contains the game files.

You sign on to your Steam account on the new PC and download it.

You can backup game file in the steamapps folder. It's day of defeat source.gcf and it's only 627 megs.

Im guessing u have already purchased dod so when you log into steam on ur comp you will be able to download it
