ok for me it takes hours for it to preload and no i dont have a slow computer its fine its just extremely slow.please help:(

Just preloaded DOD : S too ;)

And it does take a long time, but it'll probably be done before monday :p

you mean its been like slow for you two i mean like it takes me like 3 hours to pre-load so you have the same problem ?

mine preloaded pretty damn fast. it started at 84% but i dunno how long the last 16% took, i assume the 84% was already in the HL2 files.

depends. for hl2 steam silver and gold package users, it's free because you bought it when you got hl2. for retail (ANY retail) or bronze users, it's available for download on steam for about $20 i think, or as a retail pack bundled with CS:S for $40 or so.

ok so you think its slow for me because i do not have half-life 2 o my computer??.i hope so lol because its at 50% right now its really slow but ill wait all day until the pre-loading of day of defeat:source is done.
