There's one leg on the ground and the other is raised. Its just the perspective.

I'm not quite as impressed with the graphics now as I was a little earlier...but still very nice looking. :)

I agree. The graphics look good but it just doesn't have that next gen look. I would have liked to see some self shadowing or more dynamic lighting.
