How about some graphics in the background?

Maybe faded into the background colour?

yeah, but im not sure what graphics to put on. I'd like to keep it simple and my website isnt really about anything in particular.

edit: made it all nice and round. i dont think it looks as empty now

I don't particularly like the green background.

That's irrelevant really when you think he could change it to blue and people could complain about that.

It's reflecting his tastes.

Shut up, I commented on it, and gave my opinion like he asked. You told me it was unhelpful and called me a prick.

Back on topic please, you're wasting bandwidth.

Shut up.

I never said it was unhelpful, I said it didn't matter what the colour was as that's down to taste and varies from person to person.

Get a new attitude kid.

Everything having to do with art is down to taste you moron. I know he can change it, my post recommended he did. Otherwise I wouldn't have said anything. Now please, you make no sense.

And don't call me kid.

Actually, yeah, you kinda did jump at him.

Anyway, I like it. It's rather simple, but there is a simplicity induces fascination.

Well, in me anyway.

I think that the gradient in the green is kinda tacky though. Maybe a more baby green background that was flat, no gradienting, and then using either tint or lighting to give the illusion of roundness.

Oh and you have to do something with the text. It seems stranded.
