In GTA:SA were can I buy heavy weapons?
Can someone give me an address for a good GTA forum?

Use the map to find it, I don't think you can buy them.

As to the second question, they are overrun by 14 year olds ironicly enough, so good luck getting any sensible discussions out of them.

Cool, what do you think: I'm trying to head up a small mod to improve gang warfare and fix up Area 69 and the aircraft carrier.
