end of game

I am at the end where the portal is opening, two ships come out, I can blow them up , but I don't have time to do anything else .thats if knew what to do, any help on this please.

Sounds like you took too long getting to the top. However, if you have time to destroy the gunships then you should have time to destroy the teleporter instead, which is what you need to do to end the game. Try just ignoring the gunships and fire your energy balls at the spinning metal plates and glowing ball in the centre. You do not need to destroy the gunships to end the game (I think).

It's true you don't need to, i managed to get up there as the gunships came out and destroy the portal pretty easily tbh, just ignore them and go for the portal.
