Configuration for HL2

Would this configuration be enough to play smothly HL2 in single and multyplayer mode with resolution 1024 x 768 16 bit,medium detail.No antialiasing and crap

AMD Athlon XP 2100+ (2200 OC)
MSI KT3V
512 DDR PC 333 Mhz
Gainward GF3 Ti200 GS 64 MB
HDD 30 GB HDD
Creative PCI 128 sound

no no no ur going to need a new system. u wont be able to play hl2 on low with more 15 fps on that machine. i recomend getting a pentium 5 6.0Ghz at the least, a radeon 9900 pro 856, and most omprotant over 8 gigs of ram should be good.

Ahhh, the beauty of blunt sarcasm....people should really stop asking if "so and so" can run HL2. How the hell should we know? We're not devs or anything...

That should run HL2 good (by what i think it will take) although you might want to upgade your vid card if your going to play on 1024x768, but i really dont know what im talking about.

it would run HL2 perfectly. stop throwing around comments like that, if minimum requirements are bloody 700Mhz P3, I say he will run it just fine.
