Ok, this is the thread for just one song you love the most! :) You can contemplate around several titles, but please end up picking your all-time-favorite song.

My favorite song alternates between my top favorite electronica artists. Sometimes it's "Go! Spastic" by Squarepusher, "Sublimit" by Autechre, or "Roygbiv" by Boards of Canada. So what might be my fav song right now will likely change tomorrow.

However, I'd say that "Ziggomatic 17" by Aphex Twin is a more consistent and frequent No. 1 song to me. It has so many changes, alterations, and different segments that make it just one huge experience. Going from harsh and menacing, to Jungle-ish, to quiet and somber, to sad, and then finally crystalizing softly with a light keyboard piece after everything else has died down, shortly before giving you its parting words. Amazing.

Atmosphere - Trying to Find a Balance

Note: Many Atmosphere/Radiohead/Moby/The Who songs rotate out for this position quite frequently, but this is the long-standing champ.

Note 2: Slug is da man.

My shortlist would be:

The Jam - That's Entertainment
Elliott Smith - Sweet Adeline
Mr. Blue Sky - Electric Light Orchestra
Radiohead - Go To Sleep (Little Man Being Erased)
R.E.M. - Shiny Happy People
and Queen - Bohemian Rhapsody

Eek, I'd probably choose Mr.Blue Sky because whilst it isn't my favourite song, I don't think I'd ever get bored of it.

Smashing Pumpkins - Soma

It starts off so soft, gets hard, has an amazing guitar solo, and continually evolves throughout the song. That's what's so great about most of the songs on Siamese Dream, they change as they go rather than reverting back to the same old verse and then chorus, verse, chorus.

Some runners-up:
Radiohead - The Tourist
Pink Floyd - Shine On You Crazy Diamond (all parts)
