Well, electronic music has sorta been my thang for the past couple of years. Started out with Orbital and then worked my way into the more abstract depths. IDM (ignore the pretentious and vague title) is something I've really grown into and I would appreciate some other artist reccomendations.

To give you an idea of what I'm into, I really like these artists:

Aphex Twin
Squarepusher
Boards of Canada
Autechre
Amon Tobin

And to a lesser degree (but still like a lot), I enjoy Venetian Snares and Hive.

Anybody got any good reccomendations?

Oh, and... y'know, if you know anything that sounds like this (http://www.informatik.hu-berlin.de/~pietschm/Hetzer_Strictly%20Irie%20Part%201%20(Raggacore-Mix).mp3) or this (http://www.informatik.hu-berlin.de/~pietschm/Hetzer_Strictly%20Irie%20Part%202%20(Raggacore-Mix).mp3), feel free to send it my way.

Kraftwerk - natch
Jean Michelle Jarre - even though he's a fraud.
Leftfield might a bit too DB-ish, same goes for Juno Reactor.

Have a look at www.musicplasma.com

Hey, I like DnB as well. Heard of Leftfield, but I've never given a proper listen.

Leftism is good, as is Rhythm and Stealth. Audio Bullys' Ego War is a fantastic album too.

Also:

Meat Beat Manifesto * (get Subliminal Sandwich, has a dub reggae feel)
New Order
Mr Oizo
Basement Jaxx do some good stuff
Don Davis maybe
Portishead good too, but more trip-hop than anything else.
