Is there any games out there that is as good as Gothic 1 or 2 or reminds of it.
(a.k.a. Singleplayer RPG in Gothic style)

Honestly I didn't like either of the gothic games.

kotor games kick arse, and then you have mario&luigi superstar saga which also kick ass.
