I think any manishness is a result of it being a bit messy.

For one thing, the bottom of her nose doesn't line up with the top bridge part. In fact, the whole nostril area is drawn as though it were being seen straight-on, while the rest of her head is turned to the left.

The jawline and ear also look lumpy and thick, I think due to odd proportions. And with the sketchy eyebrows, the combined effect is masculine.

Did you use photo ref? If not, I'd recommend it. You've got the basics down, as some have said. It just needs some refinement on the anatomy to get the right look.

I dont like that style. Seems to simple and out of place.
