According to Gamespot (http://www.gamespot.com/news/2005/04/28/news_6123202.html) RS:L might not come to PC after all. It's not on Ubi's official release list anymore. The same happened with Ghost Recon II a couple of weeks ago.
It happened to Ghost Recon 2 because the game sucked balls. I imagine this one will too. It's becoming less tactical and more shooter.

It's because they're too busy developing for the Next-Gen consoles IMO.

Doesn't matter. They'll be releasing Rainbow Six 5 in a year anyway. They always do. Splinter Cell is getting a sequel this fall(I think) and Chaos Theory was just released.
