Is this game worth the buy? I was looking at reviews and looking at the ratings it got at Gamespot and IGN, and it doesn't look half bad. Has anyone else played this game yet?

is it out for PC? I know its out for the Xbox, but I hadn't heard if it was out yet for PC..
