Looks a LOT like Doom 3 but it could be cool. Doom 3 was awesome to me. I hope it comes to the Xbox 360 which I think it is.

What the hell that game looks incredible. I think that all these years they've been making this instead of Duke Nukem Forever

It looks like Doom 3 because it's running on the same engine...

This is what Doom 3 should have been.

The monster design in this game looks so much better than that in Doom 3. And they seem to be making much better use of the engine. The graphics are comparable to the Unreal 3 engine. Though there is not enough shown to judge how the gameplay is going to be.

That looks miles better than anything I've seen in Doom 3. Excellent art style...some of the monster design is phenomenal. Perhaps this one may actually be scary?
*gasp* A scary horror game!? Brilliant!

This game looks terrible. It seems like Doom 3 times 2. Not my cup of tea. However, the graphics are easily better than Doom 3's.

feel the same, seems kinda 'tacky', the story sounds very strange too

Human Head made Rune, didn't they? That was a... mixed game, although I quite liked it.
Very like Doom 3- but the gameplay is what'll make my final decision. Problem with that is that I'd have to play it. Roll on reviews!

Best (good, not really best) case scenario:
Love-it-or-hate-it visuals with slightly clichéd art style. Fun and on the simple side with "kill lots of monsters" gameplay (while walking on walls and ceilings if I understand correctly). B-action movie story plus lots of levels and bosses. High quality sound effects ranging from monsters screaming to monsters brooding. Makes use of native american undertones for interesting style.
Worst case scenario:
Gaudy, D3 ripped-off graphics with high system requirements. Boring, derivative, repetitive gameplay. Uninteresting, generic atmosphere. Cheesy 1996-style FPS story and levels. Little to no multiplayer.
I wouldn't expect good multiplayer even in the best case scenario... if anything, the D3 engine has proven itself to me to be completely craptacular for MP gaming... even on LANs.
