'Instagib' or One Bullet Kills

Ello. I've been wondering if anyone knows of, or if there is a command or servermod, which allows 1 bullet kills, to any part of the body. Obviously this wouldent work too well with machineguns or sub-machineguns, but I reckon it would make some great pistol only matches.

No, but you could make an adminscript that damages all players to 1 health at the start.

Seriously though, one drawback of this is any kind of long fall is going to kill you instantly too.

How can that be a drawback if you want instagib lol. Or you could turn the gravity lower...
