Can't Change Name...

I'm trying to add a clan tag before my name, and it works fine while I'm playing. But every time I quit CS and open it back up again, my name is reset back to what it always is. I've tried changing it through the options menu and through the console, but neither makes it stay.

Any ideas?

When you type your name up in the options menu, enter it and open up the console, if it doesn't say something like "saved to config.cfg" then there is a problem.

If your config.cfg file is read-only, it won't save your name.

Make it editable, change your name, then make it read-only again and it should work.
