It probably is a joke, what kind of name is Pandaren Xpress? But I do remember hearing something like this on the news a while back.

How could anyone fall for that? It is so incredibly obvious...I was dissapointed that /panda did nothing in game, I was hoping I could order some food and it would come in my mail box...oh well.

Because I'm a nerd:

Ogres used to be Two-headed ogres, anyway. At least they were in Warcraft 2. They were in Warcraft 3, as well. You'd hire them, and they'd make lots of farting references and blaming the other head for everything they did.

Also, the Pandaren is a staple Blizzard April Fools Joke, they were promising the Pandaren side for Frozen Throne on April Fools day last year... i think...
