Lionhead frontman Peter Molyneux and Microsoft Game Studios are doing their best Aesop impressions for PC gamers. Microsoft today announced that the popular Xbox title Fable is headed for the PC this fall, under the name Fable: The Lost Chapters. The much-hyped title was released on Microsoft's console last September and was developed by Big Blue Box, which is owned by Black & White developer Lionhead Studios.

There will be additional quests to undertake,
new regions to explore, and a deeper
storyline. Gamers will also be able to use new armor
and weapons, cast new spells, and slay new .creatures. :bounce: :bounce: :bounce:

I can't wait. I heard it was the best RPG to come to the X-Box. :D

It's kind of cool, but it makes me angry at the same time. Basically, I shell out $50 dollars for the Xbox version which was reportedly highly dumbed down, and even received an apology from Molyneaux (sp?) himself.

Then they tell me, "Hey, if you want the REAL experience, what Fable was SUPPOSED to be, just give us $50 more, and we'll give you what it was meant to be."

And Fable is such an awesome game, I'll have to buy it. And I'll fell ripped off. And I'll still enjoy it.

No I dont think it was at all I returned it after the 3rd day......its way way to linear for me, wasnt what I was expecting at all, Its not a bad game just not worth buying imo.

I was incredibly dissapointed with Fable, but I still loved the game.

I coulden't help but still enjoy Fable despite it being too short and simple, the game was still fun and incredibly charming

I found it disappointing as well. I would not recommend purchasing this game.....wait for the new Legend of Zelda and buy a GameCube... :)

The best part of Fable was after you beat it and you glitch into areas the developers forgot to remove, Dragon Cliff for instance.

I just finished Fable yesterday.

Its one of the best games I ever played.

Its a real time fighting RPG

No its not perfect

Yes its worth buying

But thats the whole thing about the XBox- its easily ported to the PC becuase well, its very similar to a PC. And vise versa
