Photoshop.
edit: Leave the pic open and it somehow forwards to a videogame website. "Cold Fear"
Heheh, discard my previous post. If you cut all the rest of the link and leave only this, then you'll see what is this stunt all about: http://www.cfgoa.org/

Its nothing more than pre-game hype for the game "Cold Fear." And as A.I. said, its a photoshop. Be scary as crap if it was real.
EDIT: Eep, seems Im a bit late on this. Refresh is not with me, just clearing it up for people that don't notice it.

That's gross. It makes whacking headcrabs seem less fun and enjoyable, and more nauseating and repulsive.

I have to admit, while the game dosen't look great (it looks like an or8 resi-evil/alien rip off) having advertising campaigns like that will do it the world of good. I like it when films and games do that; like when they released missing person posters of the people from the Blair witch project a year before the film came out - makes the whole thing seem closer to you... more... scary... muhahahaha etc

There was a ST:Generations that did it too. God, I feel like such a geek for knowing that. Then again, I am posting on a gaming forum. Ah well
isin't this a next gen console game?
The guy doing the artwork for that game posted up a bunch of stuff over on sijun forums.

Agreed. I wonder if Valve will to do something similar to this with HL3... Hmmm... :bounce:
