Zdzislaw Beksinski was murdered last night

some of you may remember him from the favourite artist / art hero topic:

he was my absolute art guru...

and today he's dead.

someone probably stabbed him with a knife (many times) and left. stole nothing, destroyed nothing - that ashole came only to kill Beksinski...

I'm so f**king angry and sad.
i always wanted to meet him and to talk to him...

just wanted to share with you guys :(

I had only just learned of him, from the very thread you speak of... and yet his artwork truly moved me.

Such a coincidence that I was first shown his work only days before he passed on.

I shall regret having never had the chance to express my feelings towards him regarding his marvelous work.
