Alyx Necklace - kind of

Thought this looked a little like the necklace the character Alyx is wearing in HL2. It's about the diameter of a nickel, so the size is about right. Kind of heavy due to the fact its solid metal.

I should have mentioned this was made by a friend who does jewelry making. I'd like to make it look more like the one in Half Life 2, but don't know if I have the tools. I may buy a Dremel tool and give it a try.
