How to turn nlips off in homeworld?

How do you turn off nlips (the feature that makes your ships bigger when you zoom out)? Does anyone here know of a mod, or something that can do that?

I made this thread here because I'm waaaay to lazy to make a new user on a homeworld forum...
But I'd appreciate any help I can get...

There is a way isn't there... I know it was possible in HW2, but that was as a option in the settings: I think you have to download a mod for HW1.
