Graphical error: Screen tearing

After the last patch I started experiencing a graphical problem where the screen would draw a large oddly shaped tear at a different location in the picture with every frame. It started as soon as the starting menu loaded and continued into the actual game. I figured out that disabling v-sync solved the problem. If anybody else is having a similar problem they might try changing their v-sync setting.

Sorry if this has already been addressed, but I searched the forum and didn't find anything. I have a Geforce4 Ti4600 with the latest drivers.

what settings are u running the game on? have u checked if its artifacting cause the video card is getting too hot? :thumbs:
