Ip address?

Ok, I want to set up a dedicated server on my DSL line and when I set it up it gives me an Ip address of 172.16.1.35, and my global IP address for my DSL is 68.74.124.78. So how would I go about changing this, is there a console command I enter in the server window that will change it? Any help would be appreciated.

I am guessing you are behind a router. You will need to forward the ports to and from your router.
