maxping on a server...how?

Is there a command to block out players that have a ping over 100?
Does maxrate and minrate do that?

If not..anyone know how to?

I can not stand people who kick people for high ping. It's just so stupid... we can't help our ping! I normally get pings of 30-40 but on all HL2DM servers I've seen it's been 150+, is that really fair?

its fair...y should everyone have a ****y gameplay experience because one guy lags? i think everyone with ping >100 should be kicked

Yeah, if someone has a bad ping that's their problem. It doesn't bother me. I usually find it easier to kill them without getting hit.
