I don't see any other threads to report bugs, so I've started this one. Just to remind people, this concerns HL2DM only - not Steam.

Ok:

Occasionally the death sound will repeat indefinitely.
Weapons sometimes stop spawning.

That's all I've found so far.

The death sound meaning ringing in your ears? I got this too. I had over 100 frags and I couldn't get rid of it so I had to quit :(

how can I fix this ?

the ammo display is cut off and up in the middle of the screen.
