First G-Man sighting!

Its in NOVA PROSPEKT for me.. for some reason the screenie looks a bit like crap... but here it is:

Isn't it a little weird that gman is in the middle of the action and he's walking away like nothing is happening after fixing his tie.

what i found

on the lake level he is on the wooden ledge when u see him with ur boat
the prison level you see a small TV with only him, and then the tv is blank in like 1 second (not the one on the first post)

ive seen him in the kliners lab, at the red barn, on a bridge over the sewers in water hazard, when you kill the combine solider looking the the telescope in higway 17, the g man is at the base across the water, talking the the english dude..thats all ive seen so far

He is on a TV screen in Anticitizen One. I can't remember exactly where, but somewhere in the middle of the level you go into an apartment, and to your left is a door way filled with rubble and a small tv with the Gman on it which turns on rather quickly.
