Stuck in beggining of Highway 17. HELP

In the beggining, the first time u get into the buggy and it gets droped off the pier upsidedown..... how do you flip it back up?

Try using your gravity gun, should do the trick

Tried that, doesnt work. There is no way to get to the crane and the chick operating it keeps on say 'flip it over and get out of here' or something like that. wtf?

i flipped it with the gravity gun.
