I'm so very stuck =(

I'm would appreciate your help on this one.

I'm stuck at the point (I'ts earlygame), where you just came out of a pipe with radioactive goo, and you go to the building in the middle of this lake, or whatever. You drop the crate with all the good stuff in it, and then u go left to the guy who drops you some other neat goods, from a bridge. Then you get over this pool with a cage in it or something, and then you face this big ass radioactice pool. That thing is a killer man. Anyways, i cant seem to figure out how to get over the pool of radioactive goo. I saw some barrels and threw them in the goo, in hope of jumping from barrel to barrel, but only to see myself suiciding in the freakin' pool thirty five times.

Are they blue plastic barrels? Pick them up and take them underwater where the cage thing is, and put them in the cage (there should be 1 in there already). It will make the ramp float up higher and then you can use the boat to jump up where the radioactive stuff is.

ahh i know what you mean. grab the blue barrels and swim underwater and put them underneath the metal crate. once you have enough the ramp will push upwards so you can just go back and the jump into the radioactive area.

I think you may be in the same 'boat' as I am as I never got a boat on this level ! Where is it supposed to be? I played with the blue barrels for hours.. but now I realise i dont have a boat !

If there is a big radioactive lake then it means you need the bikeboat thing. Have you gotten that yet?

hmm.. there's a room you go in and this chick tells you to get into a boat. that's all i know :P

The boats all the way back near just after the zombie town with the blue electrified cargo container.

yeah.. the part where those missiles were slamming into the ground and headcrabs would come out. You get the boat right after that part.

lol yeah, I got past the part now, thx for helping.

I didnt get the boat at first, i just went all the way to the pool (the spot i described) on foot. LOL! =D

I went all the way back, and found the boat now, and Im past it now.

I did something similar. Being the tard that I am, I decided to turn on some of the cheats about half way that canals to check out the weapons that it would give me. I got so used to them, I *forgot* to turn them off. I ran straight past the airboat - and this is where my ultimate and unmatched stupidity shows through - and ran on foot down the waterways for TWO WHOLE HOURS!!! Needless to say, I was a bit disturbed by the unending tunnels and tubes and the utter lack of enemies. Long story short, I found out my mistake, went back to the canals, and played to the airboat without cheats.

I also put a dent the shape of my forehead in my desk.
