Stuck in route kanal

hey im in this water area with two rooms and alot of pipes. i turned on the water to raise the water level but i cant get anywhere. i see another room but there are bars keeping me from it. i see a tunnel in the other room but i cant get up on that beam. any help would be appreciated.... thanx

haha i just found the way out, nevermind.. after making the water level raise up, i went back to the other room and went 'down' the ladder this time, an opening was made after raising water level.
