On the level in the canals where you have to go through the large pipe with the radation in the water i just cant get past here and when outside ther copter kills me please help as my head hurts :dozey:

there are lots of pipes... You'll have to be more specific than that. If you mean at the place where the path seems to end, you have to turn to the right, and you'll see a nice little puzzle...

did you get the boat, after the rockets land, go through the area and to the right there is a boat waiting for you
